As such, there is no-one better placed than Chef Barret to oversee the Garden House Restaurant, where the tranquil setting of an English country garden is paired with a menu of rustic, Mediterranean-style dishes and which skilfully showcase the very best seasonal produce. Chef Barret is passionate about locally sourced, fresh ingredients which, where possible, are obtained from the onsite kitchen garden as well as from nearby suppliers. Taking inspiration for his recipes from walking through the garden, selecting and tasting the newly sprouted fresh produce, The Garden House menu features wholesome and nourishing meals such as the signature Josper grill, pasta and risotto dishes.
