For eco-conscious guests looking to improve their plant-based repertoire, this experience starts with a two-hour masterclass where guests will learn how to create innovate and nutritious vegan meals using fruit, vegetables and herbs from the Beaverbrook garden.  An afternoon of nature-based wellness awaits, including an outdoor yoga class and spoiling massage using plant-based oils inspired by the British countryside. Before retiring for the night, guests will sample The Garden House’s newly launched vegan menus, with specialities including Josper Grilled Pumpkin & Fennel and Roasted Parsnip & Apple Soup.
