Wild food from the fire in the Surrey Hills
For centuries, food has brought people from every walk of life together, sharing moments and crafting memories. The WildKitchen sits perched in the heart of the Surrey Hills, nestled in its own wilderness. By marrying food with fire and flavour with feeling in the most authentic way, guests and diners are connected to the world around them by tapping directly into nature’s source.
The WildKitchen can seat between 16-22 guests and will be available year-round, designed to withstand wet and windy conditions, making it an ideal special occasion venue.
Wild & whimsical
Intimate & interactive dining experiences
This bespoke culinary experience allows guests to select both their chef and cuisine type with a Chef’s table layout. Experience dishes from chef Wojciech Popow, who will offer both a Nomadic Menu and a Japanese Menu, or Adam Sharpe, with a Surf & Turf and Wild Winter concept.
The interactive cuisine concepts can be paired with Wine or Sake Tasting with Giovanni Tallu, Cocktail Masterclasses with Alan Cook, Naturopathic cooking with Camilla Santos and more.
Wild Surf & Turf by Adam Sharpe
At the helm of The Garden House restaurant, Adam creates conscious and delicious plates every day. At the WildKitchen diners should expect real and hearty food with roots in nature and flavours enhanced by the fire.
Nomadic & Wild Japanese Dining by Wojciech Popow
Wojciech has forged an award-winning career with an approach to Japanese cuisine that
respects tradition and embraces innovation, by foraging and experimenting. By paying homage to what’s available right here on the estate, Wojciech will continue to inspire and surprise with his dishes at The WildKitchen.
