In the stillness of nature, we have the opportunity to slow down, become aware of how energy moves through us and around us, and feel the stillness within ourselves. It is at that moment that we reconnect and become aware of the deeper rhythms of life.
Our in-house practitioner Liz Kendall will lead you on a journey of activating the five senses individually through self-massage, understanding pressure points, introduction of breathwork and sound meditation. Liz will help you bring awareness to how the body moves, where the points hold pain and how to release that pain.
