Jo Dunbar is a medical herbalist who has been growing and harvesting plants from her herb garden to fill her dispensary for over 25 years. On Thursday the 13th of June, Jo will talk about the amazing healing benefits of garden thugs such as Mares tail, Ground elder and Nettles, as well as the wilder herbage of the hedges such as Jack-by-the-hedge, Elder flowers, Ribwort – all which you would have walked over a thousand times and may never have noticed. After Jo’s workshop you will have a deeper respect for these plants, and possibly even learned to love them.
Included in your spa day.
- Arrival and use of the facilities from 2pm
